Summer Intern

Experience: Accounting major in junior standing. Minimum 3.3 GPA. Eligibility to sit for CPA exam upon graduation highly preferred.

Responsibilities: Work under supervision of seniors and managers on audit, business consulting and tax engagements. Develop technical skills in audit, accounting, and taxation. Develop working knowledge of firm software and technology resources. Develop successful client relationships.

Staff Accountant

Experience: College graduate with accounting degree. Minimum 3.3 GPA. Eligibility to sit for CPA exam upon graduation highly preferred.

Responsibilities: Work under supervision of seniors, managers, and partners on audit, business consulting and tax engagements. Develop technical skills in audit, accounting, and taxation. Develop working knowledge of firm software and technology resources. Work toward passing CPA exam and obtaining immediate certification. Develop successful client relationships.

Tax Senior Accountant

Experience: College graduate with accounting degree. Three to five years of public accounting experience. Active Oregon CPA license highly preferred.

Responsibilities: Work under the supervision of managers and partners on client engagements. Develop working knowledge of firm software and technology resources. Developing successful client relationships. Ability to supervise and mentor junior accountants. Ability to grow into leadership role in the firm’s tax practice. Serve as secondary client contact for tax engagement teams.

Audit Senior Accountant

Experience: College graduate with accounting degree. Three to five years of public accounting experience. Active Oregon CPA license highly preferred.

Responsibilities: Work under the supervision of managers and partners on audit and business consulting engagements.  Develop working knowledge of firm software and technology resources. Develop successful client relationships. Ability to supervise and mentor junior accountants. Ability to grow into leadership role in the firm’s audit and business consulting practice. Serve as secondary client contact for audit engagement teams.

Audit Manager or Senior Manager

Experience: College graduate with accounting degree. Five to ten years of public accounting experience. Active Oregon CPA license required.

Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with staff, seniors and partners on client engagements. Strong working knowledge of firm software and technology resources. Strong client relationships and technical GAAP, audit, and accounting skills. Ability to supervise and mentor junior accountants. Ability to assume leadership role in the firm’s audit and business consulting practice. Serve as primary client contact for audit engagement teams.

Tax Manager or Senior Manager

Experience: College graduate with accounting degree. five to ten years of public accounting experience. Active Oregon CPA license required.

Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with staff, seniors and partners on client engagements. Strong working knowledge of firm software and technology resources. Strong client relationships and technical taxation skills. Ability to supervise and mentor junior accountants. Ability to assume leadership role in the firm’s tax practice. Serve as primary client contact for tax engagement teams.

IT Audit Manager or senior Manager

Experience: College graduate with accounting degree. Five to ten years of experience with IT audit and/or related information security work. Active CPA or CISA certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with staff, seniors and partners on client engagements providing IT audit services for private and public companies. Strong working knowledge of IT security and the evaluation of related controls. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Audit planning, management and execution. Ability to supervise and mentor junior auditors. Ability to assume leadership role in the firm's IT audit consulting practice. Build IT audit department.
